Required Legal Manager/Legal Executive

1. Manage all legal communication within the
company for various projects & purposes.
2. Drafting & Vetting of Agreements, Contracts and
business agreements, and other documents
(Affidavit and Letters).
3. Responsible for analyzing all contracts,
documenting all communications with the
company for clients for smooth functioning of the
processes & policies.
4. Keep all Original record of Licenses (Contract
labour, Shop & Establishment and Psar Act 2005)
