Required for Technical Recruiters (US staffing) – 0-3 years of experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and Internet.
Strong interpersonal, customer service skills and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of US Process is Preferred.
Experience on Cold calling, new client generation.
Knowledge of Recruitment Life Cycle for US to US Recruitments.
US Staffing experience is an added advantage
Positive attitude, High level of energy and enthusiasm
