Project Description: It is an U.K inbound process center needs to give support in U.K timings for banking debt project we are looking for centers with minimum 1 year inbound experience
Project Requirements :
1. Dialer needs to support Inbound Calls facility.
2. 1 Unites Kingdom DID number required. (if you are not having we can apply immediately)
3. Male Female Ratio has to be 2:8
4. Prior Call center experienced (Inbound) agents to dial only.
5. All call needs to be recorded and stored in Dialer or ftp.
6. Agent Login Reports to be generated on a daily basis.
7. DOT, STPI, ISO OR 6 SIGMA.
Project Overview :
1. No. of Slots : 1
2. No. of Seats per Slots : 30
3. Advance Payment : Based on Center’s Profile
4. Payment Description : 13 pounds per agent per hour
5. Payment Cycle : 15 days
6. Payments Mode : wire transfer
Nonrefundable consultancy charges applicable :-
I.N.R 500,000/-
5% royalty from each billing till you run the project provided by us.
