Experience: 06 months - 1 yr
Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate
Salary- 9k TO 12k Inhand (Lucrative Incentives +Increment in 6 Months + Extra Bonuses)
Shift Timings: 5PM to 2AM
Fresher’s are welcome
06 month- 1 yr of BPO & customer service experience
Identifying customer needs.
Soft Skills including empathy, strong passion for customer experience. Processing surveys, gathering and maintaining account information.
Resolving and answering questions and concerns.
Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Requirement:
Excellent communication skills
